Dedication Pays Off

52 Yrs. old Ret. Lt. Col. having Diabetes (HbA1c - 6.8), Fatty Liver (SGPT - 97.27), Dyslipidemia (Increased Cholesterol, LDL, Triglyceride), Weight 104.8Kg joined us in Feb.2023 to get healthier and in due course developed a dream to run Navy Half Marathon in Mumbai.
